Healthcare professionals, how can I treat eczema severe?

question Miss J : the health professionals can treat severe eczema as I I need some advice from those in the profession of health care. I suffer from severe eczema (which is every few years). I have a prescription cream that I use hydrocortisone for itching and herbal soap and lotion, which allegedly used treat psoriasis or other skin rashes. I have also always supplied my skin with moisture. Eczema is still serious. Please share if you know of any effective treatment. I'm really concerned
