question Terri R : Any ideas on how to deal with eczema home remedies My 9yr?. Daughter has eczema, but it never has to break this bad. I will not use anything with steroids in it. There Aveeno baths and using Aveeno lotion. She has just returned from a trip to northern Idaho back to visit relatives and returned to but it was really bad. A drastic change in the weather is usually what happens, but never that bad. She has on her neck and have never had before. She just came home last night.
