Answer by nctropiaaloe lotion. keep hydrated. switch to hypoalergenic everything and use soaps that won't dry too much. keep your living space very clean of anything you might be allergic to (dust, pet dander). are hydrocortisone's unnatural? if you're willing to try that you can get it over the counter, or see a dermatologist and he or she will perscribe a more suitable medication.
