New Is that my eczema is a problem getting a tattoo?

question kiwi : When my eczema is a problem in getting a tattoo I remember that I had eczema and it was terrible when I was a child. Since I did but I moved to Florida, hardly a break in 4 years. Now I have designed this big tattoo and ready to go.
